Sonatini – the sonatini-types of the Amaryllis family, generally have smaller bulbs and flowers but the flowers are abundant! So, this one is especially perfect for the garden; plentiful and beautiful! 12″-18″. Compact perennial with bright blossoms.
We normally see these as tall, indoor-forced winter plants. However, this type is solely intended to be grown outdoors in the summer with more intense light and longer daylight hours, they bloom on much shorter stems in early-summer; marvelous, eye-catching perennials. These are perfect for gardens and pots planted for summer blooms and not considered able to be forced.
