Eucomis

Eucomis are an early summer tropical perennial that likes full to partial sun. From the Asparagus family, common name Pineapple Lily is because the bloom resembles a pineapple, with strappy dark grren leaves. Plant the bulbs 3 to 4″ deep and 10 to 12″ apart, well drained soil.
